We are almost there! Once the pool barrier is installed, inspected, and approved we are able to schedule your pool interior finish for installation. Unless we are installing an infinity edge deck, the decking installation will always come after the Coping and Tile. The deck installation takes 2-3 days depending on the total square footage of the deck. After the deck is completed, we usually need to have a deck inspection completed.

Once the backfill is complete, we dig our trenches for the plumbing lines and run all plumbing pipes to the designated equipment location. After the shotcrete dries, we are able to strip the forms. Once all forms are removed, we come in with a small machine and will use the dirt pile left on site to fill in and compact the dirt around the perimeter of the pool.
Once our first three inspections are passed, we are clear to move ahead with the shotcrete. We cover the entire pool area, pool beam, steps, and benches using shotcrete.
Once the wood forms and the steel tex is in place, we can continue shaping the pool wall using steel rebar. Once this stage is completed, we are required to complete three inspections to inspect the pool’s main drain, the pool steel, and the pool steel bonding.
During this stage, we use wood forms with leveling tools to frame the pool based on the design. The forms are then covered with Steel Tex to continue shaping the pool wall.
